Description
A truly universal apple, can be eaten as is, cooked, and made into a lovely Cider, old friend of mine used to have slices of Tom Putt fried in the bacon fat as part of her breakfast 80 years ago.
Tom Putt was bred by a Reverend Tom Putt in Trent, Dorset in the 18th century, this Dry cider goes well with strong cheese like Dorset Blue Vinny.
