A Wild Yeast Fermented, Sweet Cider made with Morgans Sweet Apples.
The Morgans Sweet apple was originally grown as a dual purpose eater come cooker and was exported to South Wales and especially the mining community.
The Apples were sent over the Bristol channel on boats which returned loaded with Caerphilly cheese, with new varieties appearing that kept longer the Morgans Sweet fell out of favour, but not with cider makers.
